    About

Rebecca Feldmann joined Widener Law Commonwealth in 2025 and teaches Legal Methods. Professor Feldmann is passionate about helping her students develop critical lawyering skills that will allow them to thrive in their future careers and serve their communities. Previously, she taught as an Assistant Professor of Law at the University of Arkansas - Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law (Bowen), where she directed the law school’s Veterans Legal Services Clinic. Working under her supervision, law students in this clinic had the opportunity to engage in a service-oriented learning experience while helping veterans access benefits available to them under federal law.  Also while at Bowen, Professor Feldmann was an affiliated faculty member with the law school’s Center for Racial Justice and Criminal Justice Reform.

Professor Feldmann began her legal career as an attorney at Legal Services of Eastern Missouri, where she represented low-income immigrants and their U.S. citizen family members in a variety of immigration proceedings. Professor Feldmann also has held clinical teaching positions at Villanova University, Seton Hall University, and Georgetown University. In addition to her clinical teaching background, Professor Feldmann has successfully coached students competing in the Jessup International Moot Court Competition, which simulates written and oral arguments before the International Court of Justice.  She seeks to create a learning environment for her students that fosters inclusion, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence. Professor Feldmann’s scholarship interests focus on trauma-informed advocacy, veterans’ benefits law, and access to justice. She is a VA-accredited attorney and admitted to practice before the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims and U.S. Supreme Court.
